Fees and payments

We have a monthly subscription fee. Please check the price link.

Our fee is a flat 5% when you load your account credit. We offer the most competitive prices in the market, capped at 5%. This fee applies to loading credit.

All DropDelivered services are prepaid. Please ensure you have sufficient credit in your account before placing an order. Otherwise, you might face difficulties.

We currently accept US Bank transfers. We recommend using Wise, Payoneer, Zelle and Crypto. Which offers instant credit updates.

We accept payments in USD only.

We will add credit to your main account balance as soon as we receive it.

Order Processing and Management

We will initiate order processing within 40-120 minutes if sufficient funds are available in your account.

Yes, you can withdraw your remaining credit after 90 days.

We will investigate the issue. Depending on the information found if the problem arises from our end, we will compensate, if the problem is from  your end, there is no compensation.

We have no control over tracking numbers. It completely depends on the seller and platform. It could be the following Amazon Logistics, USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. We will provide the exact tracking number we receive.

We will  process the return  according to the marketplace policy.
