Step 1: Register an Account

1. Go to DropDelivered.com
2. Click on Register
3. Fill in: Username, Email, Password, (optional) Referral ID
4. Click Submit and verify your email

Step 2: Login

1. Visit the Login Page
2. Enter your email and password
3. Click Login
4. Once logged in, you’ll see your personalized dashboard

Step 3: Add a New Order

1. Click the + Add New Order button
2. Fill in the following fields:
   ● Amazon Product Link (required)
   ● Quantity (required)
  ● Unit Price (required)
  ● Shipping State (required)
  ● Shipping Address (required)
  ● Product Variant (optional)
  ● Notes (optional)
3. Tax and Total will be auto-calculated
4. Click Submit Order 

Step 4: Edit Existing Orders

1. Go to the Orders Table
2. Find the order you want to edit
3. Click the Edit icon next to the order
4. Update the fields as needed
5. Click Save Changes

Step 5: Bulk Upload Orders (via Google Sheets)

1. In your dashboard, click the Bulk Upload button with the Google Sheet icon
2. A Google Sheet will be automatically shared to your registered email
3. Copy and paste your order data into the shared sheet
4. Return to the dashboard and click Sync From Sheet

Step 6: Load Balance / Credit

1. Contact our support team (via WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger, or Discord)
2. Let us know:
   ● Your preferred payment method (Wise, Payoneer, Zelle, Crypto, etc.)
   ● The amount you want to load
3. Based on your preference, we’ll send the exact receiving details
4. Once sent, your account credit will be updated instantly. No need to wait for approval or extra steps

Step 7: View Notifications & Status

● Get notified of:
     ○ Order shipped
     ○ Tracking added
     ○ Low balance alerts
     ○ Refunds or returns
● View all alerts in the Notification Bell on the top bar

Step 8: Monitor Your Performance

● Access Summary Dashboard
     ○ Total Spend
     ○ Orders Placed
     ○ Orders by Status (Delivered, Shipped, Hold, Cancelled)
     ○ Referral Earnings (if any)

Step 9: Cancel or Return Orders

● Cancel: within 1 hour of placement if not processed
● Return: Based on marketplace policy. Request via support chat
